Maruku Arts values its clients and encourages the establishment of good communication. If you are new to Maruku we suggest making an initial contact with us so we can establish a relationship with you. If you are in the business of selling art we will then send you a wholsale catalogue listing our products and prices.


All first orders are on a pro-forma basis
, that is they must be paid for before they are dispatched. Orders may be placed by email, fax or phone

Once we have established a trading relationship with you through this initial order you can apply for credit using the printable credit application form and continue making orders using the printable order form.


Payment
:

1. Payment can be made by credit card. Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards are accepted. Simply phone up, quote your card number and expiry date and as soon as the transaction has been approved your goods will be dispatched immediately.

 

FREIGHT

Within Australia: All freight is sent Ansett Air as they have proved to be the most economical and efficient in offering door to door service. Delivery is generally within days of dispatch, sometimes sooner. All consignments are insured so it is important we are notified immediately should any items be broken or damaged on arrival. For a credit please ensure Maruku is notified within 7 days of the goods arriving in damaged condition. For Insurance purposes damaged goods must be returned to Maruku or a photo supplied.

International freight: Prices are negotiated once consignment has been packed. We endeavour to send consignments at the most economical rate, either through Ansett International Air Freight or Australia Post (economy air). Australia post is usually the most economical, but they do have size and weight restrictions.
